岗位职责：
1、制订酒店价格政策、营销策略、酒店推广计划与预算；了解本地经济及政府政策，分析所在地区市场变化情况并预测经营趋势；
2、制订部门业绩目标与部门内部业绩指标分配体系，完成酒店经营指标；
3、参加行业交流与展会，拜访、接待酒店重要客户，维持与各大旅行社、政商企客户和媒体的友好体系，提高酒店的知名度；
4、负责部门营销团队的日常管理、部门制度建立及公司领导交办的其他事项；
岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，熟悉酒店市场营销的专业知识，具备较强的业务拓展能力、谈判力和领导力；
2、熟悉OTA、旅行社市场以及互联网营销技巧，能建立完善酒店营销策略和管理体系，建立激励考核机制；
3、具有良好的团队意识，较强的组织协调与沟通能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力与抗压能力。
