岗位职责
1. 经理不在时，组织班前会，确保了解酒店的活动和运作要求。
2. 在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进。监督现金的处理和存放程序。编制每日存款和流动资金报告。编定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。
3. 处理异常的付款情况，监督服务设备的维护保养，监督客用设施和服务标准。
4. 控制存货和监督保安程序，协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。
5. 监督酒吧各项工作活动，监督酒吧服务。
6. 与上级领导共同在人力资源规划和管理需求方面进行合作，与上级领导共同编制和管理部门预算。
岗位要求
1. 具备良好的问题解决能力、培训能力和良好的沟通能力。
2. 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
3. 两年工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。具有管理经验者优先。
语言能力：英语-熟练 中国普通话-熟练
