岗位职责
1.记录制冷室每日工作情况及制冷效果，确保设备运行正常。
2.对制冷设备如冷水机、商用冷库/冷冻室和其它商业或工业设备进行维修、定期维护及防护检修。
3.维护空气处理机组、新风处理机组和通风盘管。
4.使用监管日志表，监控并记录HVAC设备和系统的运行情况。
5.按照推荐方法每周定期进行预防性维护，并详细记录维护工作和使用的材料。
6.对现行的运作或系统提出改善意见，以便以更经济的方式达到最高的工作效率。
7.确保过滤器、制冷/制热线圈及滤网均无灰尘，冷凝排水管无堵塞。
8.确保随时有足够的零配件和原料以保证工作持续进行等。岗位要求
1.制冷与空调、工程或其它相关专业职业证书。
2.1年工程服务工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
