岗位职责
1.维护并维修生活冷热水系统、冷却水系统、雨水沟/排污系统、灌溉/喷泉水系统及游泳池。
2.维护并维修厨房及洗衣设备。
3.参与新建或更换项目，可能包括GI、PVC、铸铁管道等，及制造系统安装所需支架和支撑物。
4.参加维修或更换客房、公共区域、后台区所有洗手间/卫生间的设备。
5.按要求利用电动钻机、绳或环，清洁所有检修孔，清除污水、雨水及管道堵塞物。
6.在需要时，负责为供水系统除锈。
7.负责酒店内的所有修理和维护工作，包括酒店任何已有的、新增的或扩展的设备。
8.准确记录已完成的工作和已使用的材料。
9.汇报当班时发现的隐患。
10.参加酒店的节能计划。
岗位要求
1.机械修理、工程或相关专业职业证书。
2.1年工程服务工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-良好年龄要求：20-45岁
