岗位职责
1. 每天按指定时间完成填写库存报表及采购申请工作，要求标明物品的名称、数量、单价、规格、库存量、申购量等内容。
2. 采购物品：需要在采购之前查清库房的库存量以及每日的用量；在完成采购单之后，需随时关注订单所在的去向不，如紧急缺货情况下，需和采购部有良好的沟通。
3. 做好月盘点工作，做到物卡相符，账物相等，账账相符，要特别清楚本月的住房率和上月发货量，楼层的库存量。
4. 所发数量要清楚记录，以便备查；
岗位要求
1. 良好的沟通技巧。
2. 熟练使用微软办公软件和酒店管理系统。
3. 1年相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
