岗位职责
1. 确保熟知酒店的各个公共区域，确保定期及时清洁公共区域，有效并高效地对紧急情况做出反应。
2. 就化学清洁剂使用、发现的问题或整改建议与公共区域主管联系。
3. 了解酒店内进行的特殊项目和活动安排，以便及时了解并回应客人的需求，了解酒店，以便能够向客人提供酒店信息。
4. 根据客人要求协助并指引客人到达酒店内的区域。
5. 完成管理层分配的任务，向管理层报告主要客人投诉的问题。
6. 安全正确并安全的使用保洁设备。
7. 保持库存量，尽可能再利用能源。
8. 完成上级布置的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. 良好的沟通能力。
2. 拥有客房服务经验。
