As a Front Desk Associate, we rely on you to:
作为酒店前台接待,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Be responsible for guest check-in registration, information verification and room card handling, ensuring registration materials are accurate and complete in line with hotel registration standards.
负责客人入住登记、信息核对及房卡办理,确保登记资料准确完整,符合酒店登记规
2、Process guest check-out settlement, verify consumption details, collect payments and issue invoices to ensure clear and accurate accounts.
处理客人退房结算,核对消费明细、收款并开具发票,保障账务清晰无误。
3、Respond to guests' inquiries about hotel facilities, surrounding transportation, etc., providing accurate information and necessary assistance.
回应客人关于酒店设施、周边交通等问询,提供准确信息及必要协助。
4、Maintain the tidiness of the front desk area, and sort out and keep check-in forms, promotional materials and other items.
维护前台区域整洁,做好入住登记表、宣传资料等物品的整理与保管。
5、Assist in recording guests' special needs, promptly feed back to superiors, and cooperate in following up the implementation of services.
协助记录客人特殊需求,及时反馈给上级,配合跟进服务落实情况。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with more than 1 year of hotel front desk reception experience; those familiar with accommodation registration systems are preferred.
中专及以上学历,1年以上酒店前台接待经验,熟悉住宿登记系统操作者优先。
2、Good communication and expression skills, strong affinity, able to respond to guests' needs patiently.
具备良好的沟通表达能力,亲和力强,能耐心应对客人需求。
3、Master basic English listening and speaking skills, able to complete simple English check-in registration and inquiry answering.
掌握基础英语听说能力,可完成简单的英文入住登记及问询解答。
4、Meticulous and serious in work, familiar with cash register operations and invoice management standards, with basic numerical sensitivity.
工作细致认真,熟悉收银操作及发票管理规范,具备基本数字敏感度。
5、Adapt to shift work, obey work arrangements, and have a sense of teamwork.
适应轮班制,服从工作安排,具备团队协作意识。
