We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As a Concierge Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店礼宾主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Be responsible for daily work arrangement and service supervision of the concierge team, ensuring standardized and efficient processes for guest greetings, farewells, luggage handling, etc.
  负责礼宾团队日常工作安排与服务监督，确保宾客迎来送往、行李搬运等流程规范高效。
2、Coordinate services for guests' special needs, such as ticket booking, vehicle arrangement, local information consultation, etc., and mobilize resources to meet requirements.
  统筹宾客特殊需求服务，如票务预订、车辆安排、本地信息咨询等，协调资源满足需求。
3、Inspect the integrity of concierge equipment (such as luggage carts, walkie-talkies, etc.), supervise the environmental hygiene of the area, and maintain service image.
  检查礼宾部设备（如行李车、对讲机等）的完好性，监督区域环境卫生，维持服务形象。
4、Handle guest complaints and emergencies in concierge services, record handling results and report to front office supervisor.
  处理礼宾服务中的客人投诉及突发状况，记录处理结果并反馈给前厅部负责人。
5、Organize service skill training for the concierge team, share local resource information, and improve the team's professional service capabilities.
  组织礼宾团队开展服务技能培训，分享本地资源信息，提升团队专业服务能力。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、College degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in the concierge department of high-star hotels, including more than 1 year of team management experience.
  大专及以上学历，2 年以上高星级酒店礼宾部工作经验，其中 1 年以上团队管理经验。
2、Familiar with concierge service processes and industry standards, and master information on local transportation, attractions, business districts and other resources.
  熟悉礼宾服务流程及行业标准，掌握本地交通、景点、商圈等资源信息。
3、Good team coordination ability, able to effectively assign work and stimulate the team's service enthusiasm.
  具备良好的团队协调能力，能有效分配工作，激发团队服务积极性。
4、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently handle complex needs and business consultations of foreign guests.
  英语听说读写流利，可独立应对涉外宾客的复杂需求及商务咨询。
5、Strong adaptability, attention to service details, and awareness of proactively predicting guests' needs and providing value-added services.
  应变能力强，注重服务细节，具备主动预判宾客需求并提供增值服务的意识。
