We are looking for a Floor Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店楼层主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Oversee daily operations of hotel guest room floors, including supervising room cleaning, linen replacement, and amenities replenishment to meet service standards.
  负责酒店客房楼层日常运营，督导客房清洁、布草更换及客用备品补充工作，确保符合服务标准。
2、Supervise the floor team (e.g., room attendants, floor attendants), assign daily tasks, conduct on-site guidance, and ensure efficient work execution.
  管理楼层团队（如客房服务员、楼层服务员），分配日常工作任务，现场指导操作，保障工作高效开展。
3、Conduct random inspections of cleaned guest rooms and floor public areas, verify cleanliness and facility integrity, and follow up on rectification of substandard items.
  随机检查已清洁客房及楼层公共区域，核实清洁质量与设施完好度，对不达标项跟进整改。
4、Coordinate with front office and housekeeping department to prioritize room cleaning tasks, ensure timely room readiness, and handle guests’ special requests on the floor.
  协调前厅部与客房部，合理排序客房清洁任务，确保客房及时就绪，处理楼层宾客的特殊需求。
5、Manage floor supplies (e.g., cleaning agents, linen, amenities), monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or excesses to superiors promptly.
  管理楼层物资（如清洁剂、布草、客用品），监控库存状况，及时向上级汇报物资短缺或积压情况。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with experience in hotel housekeeping or floor management preferred.
  中专及以上学历，有酒店客房部或楼层管理相关经验者优先。
2、At least 2 years of working experience in hotel guest room operations, familiar with room cleaning processes and hygiene standards.
  2年以上酒店客房运营工作经验，熟悉客房清洁流程及卫生标准。
3、Proficient in identifying common guest room facility issues and able to guide staff on standardized handling methods.
  能识别客房常见设施问题，可指导员工规范处理。
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate with cross-departmental teams and effectively communicate with guests.
  具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与跨部门团队协作，且可高效对接宾客。
5、Responsible and detail-oriented, able to adapt to shift work and handle emergency cleaning tasks.
  责任心强、注重细节，能适应轮班工作，可处理应急清洁任务。
