As a Sales Executive, we rely on you to:
作为酒店销售主任，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Responsible for selling hotel rooms, F&B, meetings and other products to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  负责酒店客房、餐饮及会议等产品的销售，完成个人及团队业绩指标。
2、Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular visits and communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
  开发新客户并维护现有客户关系，定期拜访沟通，提升客户满意度。
3、Formulate customer sales strategies, recommend hotel product combinations according to needs, and reach cooperation intentions.
  制定客户销售策略，根据需求推荐酒店产品组合，达成合作意向。
4、Collect market and competitor information, feed back to the team and assist in optimizing sales plans.
  收集市场及竞争对手信息，反馈给团队并协助优化销售方案。
5、Cooperate with the marketing department to implement promotional activities, promote customer participation and convert into actual orders.
  配合市场部执行促销活动，推动客户参与并转化为实际订单。
6、Follow up the fulfillment process of customer orders, coordinate various departments to ensure service quality and handle customer complaints.
  跟进客户订单的履约流程，协调各部门确保服务质量，处理客诉。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、College degree or above, major in marketing, hotel management or related fields preferred, with 1 years of hotel sales experience.
  大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理等相关专业优先，1年酒店销售经验。
2、Good communication and negotiation skills, able to independently develop clients and facilitate cooperation.
  具备良好的沟通谈判能力，能独立开拓客户并促成合作。
3、Familiar with hotel products and sales processes, understand local market and customer demand characteristics.
  熟悉酒店产品及销售流程，了解本地市场及客户需求特点。
4、Basic data analysis ability, able to formulate targeted sales plans.
  具备基础的数据分析能力，能针对性制定销售计划。
5、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to meet the communication needs of foreign clients.
  英语听说能力良好，可应对涉外客户沟通需求。
6、Proactive in work, strong pressure resistance, with team spirit and customer service awareness.
  工作积极主动，抗压性强，有团队协作精神及客户服务意识。
