We are looking for an Engineering Technician with following duties and requirements:

As an Engineering Technician, we rely on you to:
作为酒店工程部技工，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Perform daily maintenance and repairs on hotel basic equipment (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems) to ensure normal use.
  负责酒店基础设备（如照明、空调、给排水系统）的日常维护与维修，保障设备正常使用。
2、Respond promptly to equipment fault reports, conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair, and minimize service disruption.
  及时响应设备故障报修，到现场排查并维修，减少对酒店服务的影响。
3、Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance, repair processes and spare parts usage, and submit reports to superiors regularly.
  详细记录设备维护、维修过程及备品备件使用情况，定期向上级提交报告。
4、Comply with safety operation standards, wear protective gear correctly during work, and check the safety of tools and equipment before use.
  遵守安全操作规程，工作时正确佩戴防护用具，使用前检查工具及设备安全性。
5、Assist superiors in conducting regular equipment inspections, and report potential risks or abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
  协助上级开展设备定期巡检，发现潜在风险或异常情况及时上报。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：

1、Technical secondary school education or above, major in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Hotel Engineering or related fields preferred.
  中专及以上学历，机电维修、酒店工程等相关专业优先。
2、More than 1 years of working experience in hotel engineering maintenance, familiar with the performance and maintenance of common hotel equipment.
  1年以上酒店工程维修工作经验，熟悉酒店常用设备的性能及维护方法。
3、Proficient in basic maintenance skills of mechanical and electrical equipment, able to independently handle common faults.
  掌握机电设备基础维修技能，能独立处理常见故障。
4、Good communication skills, able to coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping) to complete maintenance tasks.
  具备良好的沟通能力，能与相关部门（如前厅、客房）协调配合完成维修工作。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and work under pressure.
  责任心强，能适应轮班工作，可承受工作压力。
