As an Information Technology Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店IT经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Take full responsibility for maintaining the hotel's computer management systems, ensuring their stable and uninterrupted operation.
  全面负责酒店计算机管理系统的维护，确保系统正常运行。
2、Coordinate with all departments utilizing computer systems, ensuring seamless technical support across the hotel.
  负责与酒店各用机部门的协调工作。
3、Diagnose and resolve system failures and technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
  及时解决计算机系统出现的故障和问题。
4、Develop IT staff job responsibilities, management protocols, and technical contingency plans for hotel emergencies, while overseeing strict implementation by the team.
  制定 IT人员岗位职责、管理制度及酒店应急情况下的技术措施等，并监督下属认真执行。
5、Conduct regular inspections of system data backups to guarantee secure and retrievable data storage.
  检查酒店计算机系统的数据备份，确保数据安全有效存储。
6、Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all hotel computer systems.
  建立酒店计算机系统档案并负责管理。
7、Monitor industry trends in computing technology and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the hotel's IT infrastructure.
  跟踪计算机行业发展趋势，为酒店计算机系统管理提供有效建议。

We are looking someone who:

1、Associate degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of IT department management experience in star hotels.
  大专及以上学历，具有3年以上星级酒店 IT 部门管理经验。
2、In-depth understanding of the principles and operations of various hotel computer management systems.
  熟悉酒店各类计算机管理系统的原理。
3、Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently.
  具备较强的专业问题分析与解决能力。
4、Demonstrated integrity, adherence to principles, and a commitment to innovation.
  处事公正、坚持原则，不断创新。
5、Meticulous, detail-oriented work approach with a high level of enthusiasm and responsibility.
  工作细致严谨，有强烈的工作热情和责任感。
6、Proven organizational, managerial, and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
