We are looking for a Duty Engineer with following duties and requirements:

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:
作为酒店值班工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Be responsible for daily inspection and operation monitoring of various hotel equipment (water, electricity, air conditioning, fire protection, etc.) to ensure normal operation.
  负责酒店各类设备（水电、空调、消防等）的日常巡检与运行监控，确保正常运转。
2、Respond promptly to and handle sudden equipment failures, formulate temporary solutions to minimize the impact on operations.
  及时响应并处理设备突发故障，制定临时解决方案，减少对运营的影响。
3、Assist in completing the regular maintenance plan of equipment, record maintenance conditions and sort out archives.
  协助完成设备定期维护保养计划，记录维修情况并整理归档。
4、Check the integrity of public area and guest room facilities, coordinate and follow up maintenance needs to ensure guest experience.
  检查公共区域及客房设施完好性，协调跟进维修需求，保障宾客体验。
5、Implement safety operation procedures, investigate potential safety hazards of equipment, and prevent safety accidents.
  执行安全操作规程，排查设备安全隐患，预防安全事故发生。
6、Communicate the operation status of equipment with relevant departments, provide technical support and report abnormal situations.
  与相关部门沟通设备运行状况，提供技术支持并汇报异常情况。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：

1、High school diploma or above; majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, etc., are preferred. Possession of electrician certificate or other professional qualifications is required.
  高中及以上学历，机电、暖通等相关专业，持有电工证等专业证书。
2、At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering maintenance, familiar with the working principles of various hotel equipment.
  2年以上酒店工程维修经验，熟悉酒店各类设备的工作原理。
3、Ability to independently handle common equipment failures with strong hands-on operational skills.
  具备独立处理常见设备故障的能力，动手操作能力强。
4、Knowledge of fire safety regulations and basic awareness of safety risk identification.
  了解消防安全规范，具备基本的安全风险识别意识。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and emergency repair tasks.
  工作责任心强，能适应轮班制及应急抢修工作。
6、Good communication skills, able to collaborate with various departments to ensure service support.
  具备良好的沟通能力，能配合各部门完成服务保障。
