As Assistant Stewarding Manager, we rely on you to
作为一位管事部副经理，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Assist Stewarding Manager to coach and maximize the performance of the team
2. Responsible for the planning,organisation and execution of the quarterly inventory count. 
3. Control flow and supply of chinaware / flatware / glassware 
4. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards
5. Maintain smooth stewarding operation on a daily basis 
6. Support the Stewarding Manager from planning and organising perspective
1、协助管事部经理指导并使团队的表现最大化；
2、负责计划、组织和执行季度存货量；
3、控制瓷器/餐具/玻璃器具的流动和供给
4、监督清洁和卫生标准：
5、管理管事部的日常运作；
6、从计划和组织的角度支持管事部经理；

We are looking for someone who: 
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Enjoys interacting with people
2. Have at least 3 years’ experience working in either luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment
3. Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
4. Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
