1. Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen.
熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草。
2. Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
3. Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry team member immediately.
立即向洗衣房主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
4. Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc.
细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
5. Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。
6. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc before and after cleaning. Report to the supervisor if you don’t know the material of the clothes. 
在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料要及时请示上级。
7. Accurately calculate the laundry amount and ensure accurate and timely entry.
准确核算客人洗衣的金额 ，并确保准确及时的入账。
8. Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
