Overview:
The China E-Commerce Senior Executive will oversee the management of the Essentials online store(s) in China.
Reporting to the E-Commerce &Digital Marketing Manager and a dotted reporting line to the AVP, E-Commerce,this position will be responsible for end-to-end management of the China online store(s) such as vendor management, overseeing shipping and logistics, website updates, merchandising management, marketing, project management and reporting.This role will be a key enabler in shaping digital transformation for the China market for the group.
Job Description:
- Develop E-Commerce and digital marketing strategy alongside vendor to support the China E-Commerce business
-Oversee E-Commerce activities calendar execution with vendor such as campaigns alongside other stakeholders
-Oversee website enhancements and troubleshooting of website issues with vendors
-Oversee website updates such as new arrivals, stock replenishment, content updates and campaign launches
- Lead digital advertising management and work closely with vendors/agencies for execution and optimization across relevant channels
-Manage reporting needs such as but not limited to regular KPIs tracking and analysis, digital advertising analysis, user journey analysis, competitor monitoring etc
-Develop E-Commerce and digital marketing manuals, SOPs for China online store(s) and conduct training, when required
- China social media channels management
- Work closely with other BUs such as merchandising, brand communications and supply chain to support business needs
Job Requirements:
-E-Commerce experience in B2C environments on key China platforms (eg. Tmall,WeChat etc), preferably with a min of 4 years working experience
-Experience in managing China market and working with multiple stakeholders such as vendors and internally across functions and countries
- Experience in calendar planning, website management, operations and digital marketing
-Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as social media channels(WeChat, RED, DouYin etc)
-Solid experience across various E-Commerce platforms and analytics tools
-Ability to multi-task and work in changing environments
-Attention to detail, resourcefulness and can-do mindset
-Solid ability in both written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
