岗位职责
1、负责策划和管理酒店所有关于客人（包括成人和儿童）的各类健康和娱乐项目,包括网球场，篮球场，各类儿童娱乐活动等。
2、实施和跟进各项目的经营，提供日常管理的方案。
3、巡视各营业网点，确保营业的正常进行。
4、抽查各种设施，确定能正常营业。
5、管理安排员工上岗情况，确定设备正常运作；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。
6、处理重大宾客投诉，尽量满足宾客要求，维护酒店利益。
7、对员工进行培训，并制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。
岗位要求1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上
2、掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉康乐设施管理，了解市场营销学和公关知识。
3、具有级织，指挥、计划、控制和协调能力。
4、有较好的文字组织和语言组织表达能力。
5、有拓展市场，发展业务的能力。
