1.处理来函文件、登记、归档、统计资料、打印、复印函件资料。
2.编制每月办公用品，做好领用发放工作。
3.办理月票、工作餐卡、药费报销及其它日用品的发放工作。
4.协助编制部门工资、资金写入表格。协助做好工程部月材料、资金消耗表，水电、油、气月度能耗表。
5.保证工程部办公室的清洁卫生和接传电话。
6.负责员工考勤表。7.协助工程部对所有图纸、技术资料、图书进行分类、编号、建卡、存档、建帐和保持资料的完整性。
8.其他工程部基本的行政工作
