岗位职责 Responsibilities:：
1. 制定市场营销计划并跟进实施。
2. 搭建集团区域销售团队，制订工作标准及流程体系。
3. 对客源结构、消费趋势，进行市场分析及研究。
4. 协助建立有效的销售系统
5. 管理团队，培训员工销售技巧。
6. 客户开发，走访，根据市场变化，不断改进销售策略。
7. 制定集团全年巡演，组织成员酒店开展大客户拜访。
8. 签订集团大客户协议，为成员酒店输送生意。
9. 分析销售数据、渠道特性，提高产品转化率和销售额。
10.优化渠道排名、点评，为运营提供分销数据支持。
任职要求 Job requirements：
1. 专科以上文化程度， 3 年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. 具有组织营销推广、销售、客户服务等专业能力。
3. 熟悉国家、地区动态， 法律法规及相关政策。
4. 良好的计划执行能力， 积极主动，工作认真负责。
5. 有亲和力及很强的领导力。
