Manage the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral and other graphic design.         负责制作酒店的宣传印刷品及设计。
 
Manage photo database, take photos for all hotel events and edit photos according to Brand standards.                                                                                                                                           管理酒店的照片库，为酒店的活动负责拍摄照片并根据品牌标准编辑调整。
 
Support the Marketing Communications team in maintaining all Brand standards for all hotel collaterals, advertising and design work.                                                                                           帮助市场传讯部保证酒店所有的印刷品、广告和设计符合品牌标准
 
Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on collaterals design and production.                                   与合作团队（包括餐饮、会议和活动、销售、收益管理/预订）就宣传品设计及制作进行良好合作。
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the Role)

Develop hotel and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards for promotions           根据品牌标准，制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品和设计。
Provide all Project visual requirements within required timeline to ensure sufficient time for proof readings and approval by senior managers                                                                 
 所有的设计都必须有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准。
Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing team for all collateral, advertisement and design work                                                                                                                             
 为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
Work with Marketing Communications Manager to ensure the creative and design meets Brand standards与市场传讯经理合作，确保所有的创意和设计是符合品牌标准。
Responsible for all hotel photo shooting and photo editing                                                           负责酒店所有的照片拍摄和编辑工作。
Manage hotel image database with official hotel photos and event photos to be used in hotel promotion                                                                                                                                     管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广。
Learn and be updated on the latest creative trends for design work                                       在设计工作上学习并经常更新创意趋势及相关信息。
Keep well and save every kind of art tools, materials and equipment.                                                    
   妥善保管、节约使用各种美工工具、材料和设备。                 
   2.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 资格

Strong knowledge and experience in graphic design and online marketing                                                                
    较强的平面设计及线上营销方面的知识
Strong time-management skills and able to multi-task                                                                             
较强的时间管理技巧，能够处理多重任务
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, graphic design, photo publishing and editing software                                                                                                                                       
熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、电脑平面设计、相片处理和印刷编辑软件。  
Qualifications
学历
Bachelors/College degree in graphic design or related field.                                                              
平面设计或相关专业的学士学位/大专学历。  Experience经验
At least 1 year of relevant work experience or 4 years of combined university education and work-related experience.         至少1年相关工作经验或4年的大学教育和工作经验等效结合。
