Take food and beverage orders; retrieve andserve alcoholic /non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables;direct Servers and runner ontable service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications,courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of therestaurant area and equipment.
