【岗位职责】
1、全面负责行政酒廊的日常运营管理，确保服务流程符合酒店五星级标准及品牌服务文化。
2、统筹行政楼层宾客的入住登记、退房办理及专属礼遇服务，高效处理宾客问询、投诉与特殊需求。
3、督导并培训酒廊服务团队，包括服务礼仪、酒水知识、餐饮服务技能及个性化接待能力，提升团队整体服务水平。
4、负责行政酒廊的物资管理，包括酒水、食品、客房备品及服务用品的申购、盘点与成本控制。
5、协调与前台、客房、餐饮、工程等部门的沟通协作，确保行政楼层宾客的入住体验顺畅无忧。
6、策划并执行行政酒廊的下午茶、欢乐时光等餐饮服务时段，保障出品质量及用餐环境。
7、关注VIP及长住宾客的偏好与习惯，建立宾客档案，推动个性化服务落地，提升宾客忠诚度。
8、定期检查酒廊设施设备运行状态，及时报修维护，确保环境安全、整洁、优雅。
9、收集宾客反馈及市场信息，协助制定服务改进方案，配合酒店完成各项服务品质检查与审计工作。
10、完成上级交办的其他相关工作任务，并参与酒店重大接待活动的支持与执行。

1、具备优秀的服务意识和职业素养，始终以宾客体验为核心，具备高度的责任心与敬业精神。
2、拥有出色的沟通协调能力，能够用流利普通话及基础英语与宾客及同事进行有效交流。
3、熟悉高端酒店或餐饮服务流程，具备行政酒廊、前台接待或餐饮管理相关工作经验。
4、具备基本的团队管理与培训能力，能够有效激励员工，打造积极高效的团队氛围。
5、掌握酒水知识及餐饮服务技能。
6、具备良好的突发事件处理能力和抗压能力，能冷静应对多任务场景及宾客投诉。
7、具备良好的时间管理和组织协调能力。
