1.协助大堂吧的日常运营管理，确保服务流程符合酒店标准，为宾客提供高效、优质的饮品及轻食服务。
Assist with the daily operations of the lobby bar, ensuring service processes meet hotel standards and providing guests with efficient, high-quality drinks and light meals.
2.监督并指导吧台员工执行卫生、安全及品牌规范，定期检查设备、器皿及物资库存，及时补充损耗。
Supervise and guide bar staff to follow hygiene, safety, and brand standards, regularly check equipment, utensils, and inventory, and promptly replenish any used items.
3.处理宾客投诉与突发状况，维护大堂吧优雅舒适的氛围，提升客户满意度。
Handle guest complaints and unexpected situations, maintain the lobby bar's elegant and comfortable atmosphere, and improve customer satisfaction.
4.协助制定排班计划，组织会议，传达酒店政策与促销活动信息。
Help create shift schedules, organize meetings, and communicate hotel policies and promotion information.
5.参与吧台成本控制，监控饮品及食材使用情况，减少浪费，协助月底盘点。
Participate in bar cost control, monitor the use of drinks and ingredients, reduce waste, and assist with month-end inventory.
6.配合部门经理完成新员工带教、技能培训及日常绩效考核。
Work with the department manager to onboard new employees, provide skills training, and conduct daily performance evaluations.

任职要求：
Job Requirements:
大专以上学历，形象良好，符合酒店行业仪容仪表要求。
College diploma or above, with a good personal appearance, meeting the grooming standards of the hotel industry.
具备2年餐饮或大堂吧管理经验，熟悉饮品制作,鸡尾酒制作及服务流程。
At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage or lobby bar management, familiar with beverage preparation, cocktail making, and service procedures
具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及应急处理能力。
Possess good communication and coordination skills, team management abilities, and emergency handling capabilities.
了解食品安全法规及门店运营相关规范。
Understand food safety regulations and store operation-related standards.
