1.制定数字和电子商务的总体方向,以帮助推动客房及其他相关收入，并制定行动计划，以实现线上业务的收入目标;
2.执行和监控酒店所有的线上活动，以确保达到最佳效果，加强酒店的市场影响力和占有率；
3.在社交媒体平台对酒店产品活动进行推广及转化，包括但不限于微信抖音小红书及其他平台;
4.日常维护洒店官网和所有 OTA 渠道的信息，负责网终渠道客评管理；
5.与线上媒体，供应商及申子商务平台等渠道合作，确保酒店与分销渠道合作的品质和执行；
6.定期汇总并提供行业新闻、动态趋势、问题，及最佳实践并持续更新。

1. Set the overall direction for digital and e-commerce to help drive room and other related revenue, and develop an action plan to achieve revenue goals for online businesses;
2. Execute and monitor all the online activities of the hotel to ensure the best results and strengthen the market influence and share of the hotel;
3. Promotion and transformation of hotel product activities on social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu and other platforms;
4. Daily maintenance of the store's official website and all OTA channel information, responsible for the end of the network channel customer evaluation management;
5. Cooperate with online media, suppliers and Shenzi business platform to ensure the quality and implementation of cooperation between hotels and distribution channels;
6. Regularly summarize and provide industry news, trends, issues, and best practices and keep them updated.
