岗位职责
检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
1、做好宴会酒水的管理和控制2、检查整个餐厅餐前准备工作。
3、确保服务/品种符合饭店的基本标准和标准程序
4、负责对接及安排小时工，保证会议顺利进行。
5、清理脏餐具到指定区域。
6、确保员工了解并使用饭店有关消防和生命安全/紧急事件的程序。
岗位要求
1、良好的形象和开朗的性格。
2、良好的餐饮服务经验，特别是宴会。其它同类酒店相同职务至少1年工作经验。
3、抗压能力强。
