Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport,including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Reception to join our Rooms team.
As a Service Associate-Reception, we rely on you to:
 
•Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
•Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
•Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriate
•Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
 
We are looking for someone who:
•Takes pride in being a hotelier
•Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
•Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
•Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
•Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
•Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
