岗位职责:
1.负责原料的保管和储存。
2.全面的技术掌握者，能熟悉各种原料的产地，旺、淡季节，起货成本，熟悉每道菜的操作程序，根据相应规格和计量配菜。
3.半成品的制法和腌制法，掌握材料的使用负责配制宴会、酒席的食品半成品。
4.熟悉刀法，原材料合理解切，物尽其用。
