【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店餐厅拉面及相关面食的制作，确保出品质量稳定、口味正宗；
2、根据每日运营需求，合理准备食材，控制原料成本，避免浪费；
3、保持操作区域的卫生清洁，严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准；
4、协助研发新式拉面及面食品种，丰富菜单选择；
5、配合厨房团队完成其他相关工作，确保厨房高效运转；
6、定期维护和保养拉面制作设备，确保其正常使用。
【岗位要求】
1、具备拉面制作经验，熟悉各类拉面工艺及配方，能独立完成和面、揉面、拉面等工序；
2、对食品安全及卫生有深刻认识，能严格执行相关规范；
3、吃苦耐劳，适应酒店餐饮行业的工作节奏，能接受排班安排；
4、具备团队合作精神，能与同事有效沟通协作；
5、有创新意识，愿意尝试开发新口味或改良现有产品；
6、有相关从业经验者优先考虑。
