岗位职责
1.负责健身中心的日常运营管理工作，包括制定排班表、安排员工工作、制定规章制度等。
2.监督员工执行规章制度和服务程序，确保服务质量。
3.带领团队完成月度销售目标，制定并执行销售策略。
4.开发并执行有效的会员营销及考核策略，提高会员满意度和续费率
5.根据运营需要对员工进行培训以提高工作水平，保持员工热情及动力。
6.维护与会员的良好关系，定期回访客户，提高客户满意度。
7.周边市场拓展、合作及外销工作。
8.处理宾客投诉和反馈问题，维护酒店利益。
岗位要求
1.两年及以上同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验。
2.熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
3.掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉康乐设施管理，了解市场营销学和公关知识。4.具有拓展市场，发展业务的能力。
5.具备优秀的沟通协调能力、解决问题能力和应变能力。
