岗位职责：
1.负责酒店西餐厅的运营，落实各个时期的工作任务。
2.制定西式服务相关的工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
3.协助餐饮总监制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
4.监督员工按照规范标准对客服务，对员工进行绩效评估，实施奖惩制度。
5.处理宾客的意见，不断改善服务质量。
6.抓好设备设施的维修保养，严格物资管理制度，做好安全工作。
岗位要求：
1.1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.精通西餐业务知识，熟练掌握西餐的技能技巧。
3.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力，善于调动人员的积极性。
4.熟悉西餐服务全过程，善于安排各个环节的工作，能保证西餐管理的协调发展。
5.具有西餐食品原材料加工、成本核算方面的知识，控制产品质量和成本消耗。
