岗位概述 Job Summary:
负责管理宴会厅，并确保部门运作符合酒店品牌标准，并使客人满意。
Be responsible for managing banquet department, ensuring that department operates in accordance with hotel brand standards and that guests are satisfied.

岗位描述 Job Descriptions:
1.全面掌握各宴会类型的服务接待。
Comprehensively master the service and reception for all types of banquets.
2.督促食品和饮料的准备工作，并符合酒店服务标准。
Supervise food and beverage preparation in accordance with hotel service standards.
3.对新入职员工和老员工进行培训。
Conduct training for new employees and old employees.
4.分配工作给员工，并且实时检查工作情况，满足组织者需求，并确保所有的请求得到处理。
Assign tasks to hosts, and regularly check the progress of work to meet the requirements of organizers and ensure that all requests are handled.
5.确保所有的设备设施的合理摆放、维修及维护。
Ensure the reasonable placement, repair and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
6.完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大专或以上学历，至少5年酒店宴会工作经验，同岗位工作经验至少2年以上。
College degree or above, at least 5 years hotel banquet experience, at least 2 years in same position in hotel.
2.身体健康，可以承受相当的工作压力，独立完成工作。
Strong, and able to work under considerable pressure and complete work independently.
3.拥有全面的餐饮部运营及中餐、西餐知识；良好的组织能力及团队领导能力。
Comprehensive operation of food and beverage department and knowledge of Chinese and Western food. Good organizational skills and team leadership.
