岗位概述Job Summary：
协助礼宾部经理负责部门日常运作，并向客人提供服务。
Assist Chief Concierge in daily operation of the Concierge department, to provide service to guests.

岗位描述 Job Description:
1、监督和分派任务给礼宾员和司机。
Supervise and assign tasks to concierges and drivers.
2、对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务，协助重要宾客的入住和离店。
Provide courteous and professional services hotel guests; assist VIPs with their check-in and check-out procedures.
3、管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签，并且安全存放在合适的位置。
Manage luggage room, ensuring that all luggage has luggage tags and is safely stored in the appropriate locations.
4、负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告。
An announcement providing information regarding all special matters and hotel services.
5、确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
Make sure that all the equipment in the working area is in good working condition.
6、参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训，制定培训计划。
Participate in the training work of employees, be responsible for their daily training, and formulate training plans.

岗位要求 Requirements：
1、有2年以上相关工作经验。
Have more than 2 years of concerige working experience.
2、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳。
Healthy body, decent appearance, excellent image and temperament
3、优秀的组织管理能力，优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
Excellent organizational management skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
4、善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种简单投诉。
Good at interacting and communicating with guests, with thoughtful and decisive handling skills. Capable of independently handling various simple complaints.
