岗位描述 Job Descriptions：
1.根据酒店的发展战略，协助制定销售以及促销市场的计划。
According to hotel's development strategy, assist in formulating plans for sales and promotion in the market.
2.针对目标市场，建立常用拜访会议模式，与重要客户定期保持联系，包括酒店考察及销售拜访。
For target market, establish a common visiting and meeting pattern, and maintain regular contact with key customers, including hotel inspections and sales visits.
3.参与产品展示会以及其它在店的促销活动，积极寻求新的客户，以确保各市场区域达到酒店产量目标。
Participate in product exhibitions and other in-store promotional activities, actively seek new customers, in order to ensure that each market region achieves the hotel's production targets.
4.具备敏锐的市场嗅觉，进行市场开发及调整。
Have a keen sense of market judgment, as well as strategies for market development and adjustment.
5.与合作伙伴保持良好沟通，关注项目进度，及时反馈跟进。
Maintain good communication with partners, keep an eye on the project progress, and provide timely feedback and follow-up.

岗位要求 Requirements：
1.大专或以上学历。
College degree or above.
2.该岗位常驻华东，要求候选人对华东区酒店市场有深入了解，并具备完善的销售资源。
This position is based in East China. The candidate is required to have a deep understanding of hotel market in the East China region and possess comprehensive sales resources.
3.具备良好的商业判断能力，具有优秀的资源整合能力、新渠道开发能力及业务推动能力。
Possess good business judgment, excellent resource integration ability, new channel development ability and business promotion ability.
