职位概述 Job Summary:
协助培训经理在酒店实施培训活动,协调酒店开展一般培训,部门培训,语言培训和电脑培训等,保留并更新培训数据和资料,以支持酒店经营目标及管理目标。
Assist training manager in implementing training activities in hotel, coordinate hotel's general training, departmental training, language training and computer training, etc. Retain and update training data and materials to support hotel's business goals and management objectives.
岗位概述 Job Description:
1.负责各种培训的准备工作,会场的预订、布置、物品采购收货等相关工作。
Responsible for preparation of various training activities, including venue reservation, setup, procurement and receipt of supplies, and other related tasks.
2.协助计划和实施新员工入职培训,经培训经理认可,负责部分培训课程,协调部门间交叉培训。
Assist in planning and implementing new host onboarding training. With the approval of the training manager, be responsible for some of training courses and coordinate cross-training among departments.
3.负责收集部门培训计划、培训记录,协助完成每日员工检查,定期更新酒店产品知识及报告。
Responsible for collecting department training plans and training records, assisting in completing daily host checks, and regularly updating hotel product knowledge and reports.
4.协助开展活动、竞赛,协助组织员工大会,与不同文化背景的客人或同事进行有效沟通。
Assist in conducting activities and competitions, assist in organizing host meetings, and communicate effectively with guests or hosts from different cultural backgrounds.
5.完成培训经理交代的其它任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by training manager.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大学本科或以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above.
2.流利的中英文书面及口语表达能力,有演讲培训技巧。
Fluent written and oral English and Chinese skills, with training in public speaking techniques.
3.熟练的办公软件操作能力,良好的沟通、组织、协调能力。
Proficient skills in using office software, excellent communication, organization and coordination abilities.
4.有酒店业工作经验,或2年以上行政工作经验,或1年以上培训授课经验者优先考虑。
Those with experience in hotel industry, or more than 2 years of administrative experience, or more than 1 year of training teaching experience will be preferred.
