·          Manage and supervise all tasks ofhis/her staff to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personalrecognition

·        Ensures that consumption of residentsupplies is under control

·        Make sure Butler tools/operationequipment (buggy, computer, printer, etc) are well maintained, proper stocked,clean and well arranged at all times

·        Conduct daily training for Butler and inspect theservices delivered to guests
