·          Assistto contact the Health Quarantine for Staff monthly medicalcheck-up.
协助联系卫生防疫站进行安排员工每月健康体检。
·          Assistupdate and manage the notice board, newsletter, bullet etc , and disseminatespersonnel policy and hotel regulations to employees.
协助更新、维护员工布告栏，通过员工布告栏，信函或直接联系等方式，向员工宣传好人事制度和酒店规章。
·          Maintainsthe T&C Manual filing and keep in order.
维护人才与文化部的管理手册并保持其条理性。
·          UpdatesStaff personnel files.
更新员工的档案。
·          Typepersonnel correspondence, memo, circulars, reports, Staff letters, meetingminutes, and maintains all the files.
打印及管理人才与文化部的来往信函，备忘录，传阅文件，报告，员工书信，会议记录等，并准确存档。
·          Typeand translate the memo and files for manager and send the files appropriately.
打印、翻译上级布置的备忘、文件；按要求发送各类文件。
·          Preparethe necessary stationary and other office suppliers for the T&C Departmentand keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment wellmaintained and keep all files in order.
准备人才与文化部必须的文具和办公用品；保持部门内部工作区域的整洁，合理维护设备。
·          Coordinatesfunctions and activities with other departments.
协调与其它部门的工作和活动。
·        Performany related duties and special projects as requested by the Director of Talent & Culture
根据人才与文化总监要求完成其他职责或特殊项目
·        Checkthe attendance record of outsources workers andpart-timers from each department.
审核各部门外包工及临时工的考勤
·        Assistthe Staff Canteen Chef to hold the food festival and decorate the staffcanteen.
每月协助员工餐厅厨师长举办美食节，美食节员工餐厅的装饰。
·        Preparethe meal card and meal coupon for the outside people (includingthe outsources company employee , part-timersand so on),and supervise and manage it.
外来人员(包括外包工，临时工等)餐卡/餐券的制作及监督管理。
·        Prepareand manage the employee ID card /Name tag/ Pin.
