岗位职责：
1.依据公司发展战略及目标，聚焦万达全品牌酒店在全国各区域的新门店业主/投资方拓展， 涵盖高端品牌（瑞华、文华、嘉华、锦华）、中高端品牌（美华）；同时拓展有酒店规划设计、工程建设管理及成本管控业务需求的业主/投资方。
2.依托万达民族品牌价值及一体化平台优势，为业主/投资方提供酒店项目功能布局规划、市场定位分析服务，实现酒店项目合作、品牌推广、渠道建设的双赢目标。
3.监督项目实施进程，定期向公司管理人员汇报业务拓展进展。
4.积极参与团队协作项目，达成个人及团队业绩目标。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，具备丰富的酒店、文旅、商业地产等行业BD或项目拓展经验；
2.具备一定的项目资源，有酒店托管、品牌合作、物业租赁等相关项目拓展成功案例者优先；
3.具备丰富商务谈判经验、较强公关协调能力，擅长与业主及社会各界高效沟通；4.Base工作地：全国。
