【岗位职责】
1、监督并协调楼层服务团队的日常工作，包括客房清洁、布草更换、设施维护等，确保符合酒店高标准服务规范。
2、检查客房及公共区域卫生状况，及时纠正问题，确保宾客入住体验的舒适与安全。
3、管理楼层客房用品及清洁设备的库存，定期盘点并合理申领物资，控制成本消耗。
4、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求，灵活协调跨部门资源，提升客户满意度。
5、培训新入职员工，定期评估团队表现，制定改进计划以强化服务技能。
6、执行酒店安全管理制度，监督楼层消防设施及应急程序，预防潜在风险。
【岗位要求】
1、学历及经验不限，具备酒店客房服务或基层管理经验者优先，无经验可提供系统培训。
2、熟悉客房清洁流程、布草管理及基础设施维护知识，能快速掌握酒店操作标准。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效带领团队应对高峰时段工作压力。
4、注重细节，责任心强，具备问题解决意识及服务热忱。
5、适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末及节假日值班。
6、熟练使用基础办公软件（如Excel、Word）进行日常记录与报告者优先。
