【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店公共区域（大堂、走廊、卫生间、停车场、花园等）的清洁卫生与维护保养工作，确保环境整洁、优雅、无异味。
2、制定并执行公共区域的日常清洁计划、周期性深度清洁计划及专项保洁方案。
3、管理公共区域清洁团队，包括排班、考勤、培训、绩效考核，提升员工操作技能与服务意识。
4、监督清洁设备、工具、耗材的合理使用与库存管理，控制运营成本。
5、检查公共区域各项设施（灯具、地面、墙面、家具、绿化等）的完好状态，及时报修并跟进维修进度。
6、处理客人关于公共区域卫生及设施的相关投诉，协调相关部门迅速整改。
7、配合酒店各项重大接待活动、VIP接待及大型宴会前的专项清洁布置工作。
8、定期组织地毯、石材、木地板等特殊材质的专业保养与护理。
9、负责公共区域安全巡视，确保无安全隐患，遵守消防、卫生及环保法规。
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，具备酒店公共区域管理或相关岗位工作经验者优先。
2、熟悉各类清洁设备、清洁剂的使用方法及安全操作规程。
3、具备良好的组织协调能力与团队管理能力，能有效指导并激励下属。
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应倒班及高强度工作节奏。
5、具备基本的沟通能力，能妥善处理客人诉求及部门间协作问题。
6、年龄不限，身体健康，无重大疾病或职业禁忌症。
7、持有相关保洁管理证书或接受过专业培训者优先考虑。
