【岗位职责】
1. 全面负责酒店财务部门的日常运营管理，包括预算编制、成本控制、收入审计、应收账款与应付账款管理等。
2. 制定并执行酒店财务政策与流程，确保符合集团标准、行业法规及税务要求，防范财务风险。
3. 主导月度、季度及年度财务报表的编制与分析，向管理层提供财务数据支持及经营决策建议。
4. 监控酒店现金流状况，优化资金使用效率，协调银行及外部审计机构的对接工作。
5. 负责财务团队的培训、绩效考核及日常管理，提升团队专业水平与工作效率。
6. 参与酒店年度预算及业务计划的制定，跟踪预算执行情况，提出改进措施。
7. 配合内部及外部审计工作，确保财务记录的准确性与合规性。
【岗位要求】
1. 持有注册会计师（CPA）或同等专业资格者优先，熟悉酒店业财务管理流程及国际会计准则。
2. 具备优秀的财务分析、预算管理及成本控制能力，能独立完成各类财务报告。
3. 熟练使用财务软件及办公软件（如SAP、Oracle、Excel等），具备酒店管理系统（PMS）操作经验者更佳。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，能跨部门协作，推动财务制度落地。
5. 工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力与团队领导潜力。
6. 对酒店行业财务特点有清晰认知，能快速适应本酒店企业文化与运营节奏。
