6. Made monthly training plans for the department and trained the staff.

7. Supervised the work of loss prevention department supervisor and each loss prevention position, and continuously improved SOP.

8. Handle accidents caused by employees or guests. And in busy hours, responsible for the diversion of people and vehicles.
