Responsiblefor the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation, all Kitchenfood preparation areas, B-1 Level, dry and wet garbage rooms and thecleanliness of the loading bay.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责
Administration
行政：
·          Perform daily andweekly sanitary inspection, and follow up the changes according to theinspection results
做好每日卫生检查和周卫生检查，并根据检查结果及时跟进更改情况
·          To ensure theefficient scheduling of supervisors and associates.
保证员工及主管的班表安排及时有效
·          To be responsible forthe accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems byworking with Accounting and HRD.
负责监督控制员工劳动时间，与财务和人事部配合支付此部分相关费用，确保规范化合理化
·          To develop andimplement Supervisor & Associate training plans on a monthly and quarterlybasis in conjunction with HRD.
联合人事部经理每月一同开发员工和主管的培训计划.
·          To implement adepartmental daily “15 Minute” training program.
完成部门每日15分钟培训项目
·          To be responsible forthe execution of Associate reviews, ensuring appraisals in a professional andtimely manner.
负责加强监督员工执行力, 确保员工按时和专业地完成任务.
·          To supervise allaspects of Associate management including hiring and discipline in conjunctionwith the Executive Chef.
协同总厨招聘及培训员工.
·          To conduct aneffective monthly Associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to theGM, ExecutiveChef, Director of F&B and HRD.
每月召开月度员工会议并做好会议记录, 转发总经理, 行政总厨、餐饮总监及人事行政总监
·          To be responsible formaintaining outlet safety at all times.
任何时间均负责维护部门安全.
·          To be responsible forasset management of all outlet property and facilities.
负责管理所有部门和设施的可利用资源.
·          Conduct apreventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月召开安全预防自查.
·          Promote positiveinter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
通过积极的沟通方式协调发展与部门间的关系.
·          Ensure all Associatesfollow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to LossPrevention and Engineering.
保证员工遵循所有工作相关的安全准则并将潜在问题报告保安部及工程部.
·          Perform anyreasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or againstthe law. 
在法律允许范围内和没有人生威胁的情况下管理并提出合理的要求。

Health and Safety

·          Ensure that allpotential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。
·          Be fully conversantwith all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures
熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急事件的处理程序。
·          Ensure that allemergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for thesecurity and safety of guests and Staffs

·          Ensure the safety ofthe persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applyingHotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·          Ensure all Staffwithin the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give riskof harm or injury to selves or others

Confidentiality

·          Ensure confidentialityand secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases

·          Ensure Hotel,Customer and Staff Information or transactions are kept confidential during orafter employment with the company.
