职位描述

Assist to Director of rooms in all area of the laundry department. Look after all the machines and equipment in Laundry. Coordinate very close with engineer to maintain the equipment. Keep all equipment and area clean and tidy.

协助房务总监全面管理洗衣房。管理洗衣房的所有机器设备,与工程部密切合作以便保养设备。确保所有设备和工作区域干净整洁。

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责

Administration

行政

·         Direct and participate in all the activities of laundry department.

监督和参与洗衣房所有相关工作。

·         Plans and schedule the day-to-work activities of laundry personnel, ensuring that all hotel and guests requirements are met and taking to consideration the occupancy and business forecast and preventive maintenance schedules.

制定洗衣房员工每日工作计划以确保达到酒店和客人的所有要求,根据住房率和预测入住率预先制定保养计划。

·         Co-ordinate with housekeeping and Food & Beverage Manager department to ensure and supply adequate linen and uniforms for their requirement.

与客房部和餐饮部保持密切联系以确保能按要求供应足够的布草和制服。

·         Submit monthly report to Finance dept. such as revenue, cost, chemical expenses etc.

每月向财务部递交关于收入,成本,药剂花费等的报告。

·         Make plan and organize training for laundry staff in the areas of courtesy, efficiency, grooming and job knowledge. (Especially for new staff)

制定计划并组织员工进行礼仪,工作效率性,仪容仪表和专业技能培训。(特别是新员工培训)

·         Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of laundry dry cleaning section and equipment: Follow up the needed repairs with maintenance department.

确保洗衣房干洗区和设备干净整洁,跟进需维修问题。

·         Approves requisitions, maintenance order/vacation sick leaves, accomplishes monthly production report and order inter-department.

批准申请单,维修单,休假,病假,完成每月产量报告。

·         Attends to guest’s complaint, request and inquiries.

跟进客人的投诉和要求。

·         Examines when necessary, clothes and other guest item to determine how they should be processed: give appropriate instruction to personnel concerned.

必要时对相关员工进行适当的指导,解释应怎样决定如何处理客人衣物。

·         Trains personnel according to the established procedure conduct training meeting to discuss problems and future plan give information and assignments.

按照已有程序对员工进行培训,组织培训会议讨论工作中的问题和今后的计划。

·         Inspects daily guest laundry supervisor’s checklist to ensure that all guest items have been processed.

每日检查客衣主管的检查表以确保所有客人物品都已进行处理。

·         Inspects daily the quality of laundry and dry-cleaning process and ensure that proper formula and procedures and followed.

每日检查衣物质量和干洗过程以确保使用了正确的洗涤剂并采取了正确的处理程序。

·         Compares the actual performance with the budget periodically and takes necessary corrective action.

阶段性比较实际成本与预算并采取必要的修正措施。

·         Perform common duties and other duties as assigned by Management.

完成酒店管理层分派的其它工作。

·         All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

·所有的员工需要遵循来自上级主管的每一个合理的要求,这些要求也许需要一些时间在正常的工作环境下执行和完成。

·         All staffs may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

·所有的员工也许要执行饭店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。

 

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

财务及收入职责

·           Participate to increase the hotel revenue to complete the targets.

参与提高酒店其它各项收入,完成预算。

·           Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff

在任何可能的情况下进行资源循环利用,增强员工的成本控制意识。

·         Department revenues target

完成部门年度收入指标

·         Enhance employee loyalty and control staff turnover rate within 3% yearly.

提高员工忠诚度,员工年度流失率控制在3%以内

·         Cleaning supplying cost control within 25%

洗衣房化学用品月度年度成本控制在25%内

·         Make inventory of uniforms and linen; ensure correct quantity and linen breakage below 3‰

布草及制服盘点,确保数目无误,布草报损率在3‰以下

·         Visit all out washing companies for more than 2 times.  

每年至少两次拜访布草外洗单位

·         Maintain cooperation relationships with Suning washing companies in hand; ensure 0 loss in company business; make sure and improve linen washing quality.

维护现有集团内部布草洗涤单位的合作关系,确保外洗单位0流失率,努力保证并提高布草洗涤质量

 

Training and Human Resources

培训和人力资源

·           Planning and revise department manning within hotel’s policy and guide, to interview and hire associates.

配合酒店政策制定及调整部门人员编制,招聘下属员工。

·           Planning for future staffing needs and develop

定制未来所需的员工计划。

·           Prepares detailed induction programs for new staff.

为新员工做详细的工作计划。

·         Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

·确保无论何时都应提供给员工们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。

·         Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

·快速和保密地处理有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。

·         Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

·对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。

·         Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

·辨认并处理可能由不同文化引起的矛盾和误解事件。

·         Training to laundry Attendant.

做好洗衣房员工的培训工作。

 

Guest Service Responsibilities

对客服务的责任

·           Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of department employees.

保持本部门员工服装适当规范、制服整洁、仪容仪表的规范。

·           Supervises the above mentioned positions to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

管理和督导各部门的工作以确保客人得到最满意的服务。

·         Reasonably arrange linen washing task and ensure washing quality and linen provide.

合理安排布草清洗,保证清洗质量及房间配备

·           To handle the guest complain actively, to deal with the guest with win-win result.

主动参与处理客人投诉,妥善处理,即让客人满意也要维护好酒店。

·           Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.

优秀的对客服务和沟通技巧。

·           Possess leadership quality and supervisory skills, independent, committed and well-organized.

具备领导才能,独立性强、忠诚可靠并具良好的组织计划能力。

·           Be good at training and develop the team members.

具备良好的培训及培养下属的能力。

·           All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

所有员工在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求,并且遵循、完成工作。

·           All staffs may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

当涉及到商业层面时员工须签署酒店内相关其他责任。

 

GENERAL DUTIES:

·           Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

遵守酒店及部门的各种规章制度。

·           Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。

 

Health and Safety

·           Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified

·确保所有的潜在的和事实的安全隐患要及时汇报和更正。

·           Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

·熟悉所有部门的消防、紧急事件处理程序。

·           Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees

·确保所有的紧急方案都经过彩排,实施和加强以保护客人和员工的安全。

·           Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·通过严格遵守现行的法律、法规等,来较好的执行酒店的规章制度,以确保酒店内部所有的人员和物品的安全。

·           Ensure all staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

·确保所有部门内部的员工都在安全的情形下工作,不可能在受伤害或危险的环境下工作。

·           Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to hotel industry Internet and Email policy

确保保密和安全的存储所有知识产权和数据,包括所有印刷品和电子软件。遵守酒店互联网和电子邮件政策。

·           Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff Information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
