【岗位职责】
1、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。
2、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。
3、负责房间的清洁工作。
4、负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
5、完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
【岗位要求】
1、初中以上学历，有酒店工作经验优先考虑。
2、有良好的沟通及表达能力。
3、身体健康，相貌端正。
