4.迎接和欢送客人， 保证客人的顺利入住和离店。
5.随时随地为客人提供帮助。
6.熟悉VIP客人房间的安排，随时抽查。
7.记录， 收集客人喜好并付诸实施。
8.提供协助给其他部门。
岗位要求
1.大专及以上学历，有英语基础。2.热情开朗，有良好的表达和沟通能力。
3.能够熟练操作Opera系统。
